Welcome to the Impossible Music Festival blogsite.
Background
The Impossible Music Festival was not your regular showcase of artists and bands. It was broadcast on Australia's Triple J radio early in 2005 and consisted of dozens of recordings the station's live music team had done over the past 30 years. It ran almost non stop for three days and luckily the entire broadcast was taped and uploaded as a torrent onto the internet. Alot of people dislike using torrents even though they provide superior speeds. So for the sake of those who find torrents annoying we have decided to create this blogsite.
About the Blog
Over the coming weeks we will be gradually adding the recordings. Each entry will include a full setlist, description of the gig and any other details of the show maybe even some background on the band if they are not very well known. We will also be adding some good links to other useful bootleg sites. The download links will be either Mediafire or Rapidshare. Each recording should be under 100mb
Recordings
The recordings are owned by the radio station with permission from the artists. Each recording is 1hr long and includes the best bits from each gig. The next blog will have a full list of all the recordings that will be uploaded. Believe the list will blow you away!!
